Working hard

Miss Tick sniffed. “You could say this advice is priceless,” she said, “Are you listening?”
“Yes,” said Tiffany.
“Good. Now...if you trust in yourself...”
“...and believe in your dreams...”

Terry Pratchett "The Wee Free Men"

That's marvelous!

I took a teaching course last year "Reseach-Based Educational Strategies" and the MOST important strategy is teaching students the importance of hard work. Apparently studies reveal that hard work is FAR more important to success and satisfaction than talent or good fortune.
